Stork Stats ("we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile application Stork Stats (the "App"). The App is designed to help nurses and healthcare professionals track anonymized delivery statistics, such as counts of deliveries, types of procedures, and shift summaries, for internal hospital or department use. The App does not collect, store, or process any personal information or protected health information (PHI) about patients, nurses, or any individuals.

This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding information collection, use, and disclosure when you use the App. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency.

1. Information We Collect

The App collects no personal information from users. Specifically:

• No names, email addresses, phone numbers, or account logins are required or collected.
• No patient identifiers, medical records, or any PHI (as defined under HIPAA) are collected, stored, or transmitted.
• Delivery tracking data entered into the App is limited to aggregated, anonymized statistics (e.g., number of deliveries per shift, procedure types) and is stored locally on your device only.

We may automatically collect certain non-personal device information when you use the App, such as:

• Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifier (for troubleshooting and performance improvement).
• Usage data, such as crash reports and anonymous analytics (e.g., how often features are used), to help us improve the App.
